Sounds like a lot of fun. One note, the streetcar's are named after the street of their route. There was a route that terminated in the Desire neighborhood. Hence there was a street car named "Desire". Desire is now a really scary project, and is referred to as the project named "Desire". For a long time only one route was open, the St. Charles route, but about a decade ago they opened the Riverfront route as well.

P.S. Don't you love the smell of ozone when the breaker pops on those old cars?

Well, I apologize that how I checked you in was not to your satisfaction. At the time, I was new to the hotel business and was laughing because I was still nervous around people. Fortunately, conversating with our guests is now not a problem for me. Hopefully you will come back one day and get to experience the hotel as it is today and not how it was back in December.

With Best Regards,
Kelli

Frank,

Not quite. I think the official word from Lawson is that LBI 9.0.2 combined with LSF 9 is only supported under Websphere. (Tomcat is supported only in development, which is silly since why would you want development and production systems on different platforms).

I haven't seen anyone be forced to migrate to Websphere, but it is definitely better supported by Lawson. I do think eventually al LBI customers will be on Websphere, but all Lawson customers will eventually be on LSF9 too.

Jackson,
We have not even really started and you are saying that we need to upgrade to Websphere?

Sadie,

I like to keep my phone in sync with my computer. So for me it was a simple process of a final sync with the Treo and then an initial sync with the Curve. I use a Mac and there is a program called MissingSync that works well for each device.

Hi!

I am switching today and was wondering if you had any tips/suggestions on how to export my address and calednar from the treo to the curve?

I am dreading the idea of having to manually enter everything and I do not use outlook.

Tks,
sadie

Whenever the smoking ban subject arises someone always raises the issue that bars and restaurants will go belly-up because smokers wont tolerate having their right to smoke revoked for an hour. I used to live in San Luis Obispo, California, which became the first town in the United States to enact a smoking ban. People bitched and moaned and made the very same doomsday prophcies about local bars going bankrupt. But do you know what? It never happened. The bars and restaurants there have thrived, and continue to thrive as they do throughout the state of California...and as they will in Tennessee too. The author is correct, your right to smoke ends at my lungs. If you don't like it then why not enlist some good old fashioned American engineering know-how and create a completely self-contained smoker's bubble that can be worn out in public, and you can smoke anywhere all you like. I'd go for that. Why should nonsmokers have to accomodate YOU! What's so hard about considering how your actions affect somebody else? That's called morality, bud.
