This weekend Sabrina went to the wedding of a friend in East Tennessee. She took Carter (5) and Jacob (3) with her.
Apparently, there were quite a few kids there. There was also plenty of Halloween candy. Which makes the report I got back all the more perplexing.

I am very fortunate to have such a great friendship with my dad. I am so grateful that on Fathers Day I am able to take some time to appreciate my dad and the role model he is for me as a father (I have lots of fathering to do).

When my sister was young she participated in a Writing to Read program at Julia Green. If I remember correctly she was very fortunate that one of her classmate’s father was able to volunteer a large amount of time to work with the students on the Writing to Read program in the school’s computer lab.
