OMG Me 2!!!

So, last weekend there was a wedding. I have no idea who was getting married since I wasn’t there. I am pretty sure it was a beautiful couple and that they will be happy for a long time. I would even bet someone cried tears of joy.

Well, at the reception for this wedding all the bridesmaids were standing around talking (Uh, hello?!?! Why weren’t the groomsmen entertaining them?!?). So, all these bridesmaids were admiring and talking about the purses of two of the bridesmaids. One of the women asks bridesmaid #1 where she bought her purse. The first bridesmaid answers “Plato’s Closet of Cool Springs“. (Pretty cool huh?)

Then bridesmaid #2 excitedly proclaims “OhMyGodMeToo!!!!” (That is the kind of serendipity that doesn’t have time for spaces.)

What are the chances of that. In a group of 10 or so women, two of them had the coolest purses, and they both got them at our store.

But wait, it gets better. A third bridesmaid speaks up and says “Did you know they are about to open a Plato’s Closet in Murfreesboro?”

You see, bridesmaid number 3 has been helping us with realty. She is also how this story was relayed back to me.

So yeah, I guess I am kinda bragging like a proud parent. Granted, I can actually take no credit for the fact that we have such cool purses and shoes and accessories and jeans and… That is all because of the great staff that we have. It just makes me happy that people love our store. I wish I had been there with a video camera because that moment would have made a great commercial. Then again, authentic enthusiasm is always the best advertising.
