I am posting this from my iPaq connected via bluetooth to my phone. I am at Opry Mills mall with the family.

It seems to work pretty well.

Mobile Blogging

by Jackson Miller on September 1st, 2006

I like taking pictures with my phone and using picture mail to send them to my flickr account. Lately I have been taking pictures of things written on paper. I like it forces short posts that are invisible to search engines and must be seen.

I might move it out of flickr so that I don’t clutter up family photos and such, but I think it is a fun way to blog with my phone.

I haven’t tried it — frankly, I forgot about it until your post. But ( http://www.scanr.com/ ) Scanr.com is a service that does this (I think I’m doing it justice): You take a photo of a whiteboard (and I assume things written on paper work) and send it to Scannr and then they send you a PDF of it. Your cell-phone camera has to be at least 1 px. I guess it’s a cheap version of those expensive electronic white boards. Again, this isn’t an endorsement — and it doesn’t do the blogging thing, but it’s a cool little hack.

  2. Have Fun with ur mob blogging! Nice going.

  3. I use http://www.splashblog.com with my treo 700p. It is really cool for instantaneously taking and uploading photos to the web…for free!
