Linux Distro
I am starting a new job on Monday and will be developing on Linux. I have been running OS X on my Mac for a while now and I am not sure what distro I want to download. I have always been a big fan of slackware and not such a fan of debian. I prefer KDE over Gnome so Ubuntu is out but maybe Kubuntu?
Anyone have any suggestions?
As much as I hate to say it, the glut that is Fedora Core might be your best bet. I know 5 has recently come out.
I believe Kubuntu is not yet in final release?
Or you can give Deb another try – guarantee you’ll end up liking it if you give it another chance..
