Happy Birthday To Ya
Music is one of the things my father and I have shared for years (even when I was a teenager). We have turned each other on to new artists and are always quick to let each other know when we hear something cool. I guess I should actually say that my father has shared his vast musical appreciation with me and it has influenced me greatly.
He has been sharing music with the interweb for a while on his mp3 blog GHM on Old Hickory Lake. (Note: I think his blog is actually a political blog but he hides the politics behind great music. 
)
So, in honor of my father I want to offer up a high quality version of possibly the best version of Happy Birthday ever recorded. When I was growing up my parents would play this song on our birthdays. I think everyone should have this song.
