Bongo Bob responds
There was this huge thread on the East Nashville Google Group. It got the attention of “Bongo Bob” (the owner of Bongo Java), and he addressed their concerns.
It was a typical “internet witch hunt” and kudos to Laura Creekmore for moderating.
