I proposed to my wife there in 2005. I've typically flown out during the day, but I bet you're right about the evening. What a great city. I like flying into Western cities such as Las Vegas and Phoenix at night, too. The desert and the mountains provide a stark contrast against the lights of the city as the plane approaches.
