I don’t typically read books by current world leaders. I don’t much care what Hillary or Rudi is selling in book form. Of course, there is always an exception that proves the rule. For me, that exception is Alan Greenspan’s book.
Sure, I am fascinated by economics. It is true that I want to know more about how money and the economy works. Those are not the reasons I want to read Greenspan’s book.
I want to read Greenspan’s book because he is interested in statistics, and because he used to be a jazz musician, and because he wrote most of the book while in the bathroom.
I too am interested in statistics. I also used to be a jazz musician (and would like to again one day). I also write a fair amount from the bathroom (thanks Treo). Honestly, I am on the can right now.
Maybe if I had a good book to read I wouldn’t be posting/ twittering/ emailing from the bathroom so much.
