Update on my Legal Woes

At this time I am going to keep my cards close to my chest. The reason is that currently I am not named in the lawsuit. If the suit progresses against me, and not John Doe, then there will be many updates and plenty of free flowing information.

Hopefully that day will never come. At this time I cannot think of any benefit to disclosing the details of the lawsuit (and thus, my identity). Admittedly, it is ironic that anyone could consider my identity a secret, but apparently it is. Here I thought all this time I disclosed my identity to a fault.

Since Miller v. Jackson is a famous case (in England, 1977) it would be obvious to any lawyer with an IQ lower than room temperature that “Jackson Miller” is a pseudonym.

Congratulations on the InstaCrash. It’s a rare honor. Did your server actually smoke?

You know, I read that case one day. Kinda made me want to live next to a park.

Yeah, the server did fine for hours, but after a while it eventually succumbed.

You should go ahead and publish everything you have. Just because they are not going after you doesn’t mean they aren’t going after someone with their heavy handed tactics.
