This whole subject makes me sad. This whole world has become so selfish. It’s always about: “What I think, How I feel, me, me, me!” But it doesn’t matter because we may think what we want but that doesn’t make it truth. One note if someone professes to be a Christian and runs around sinning and having sexual relations with prostitutes than they are not true Christians and will have their part in punishment too. I’m sorry that you do not take the time to study God’s Word because of bad experiences or because of Man and his traditions in church. But the Word of God has warned us about the end-times when people will become selfish, boastful, prideful, arrogant, children disrespectful of parents, increase of crime. Increase in Natural disasters. Call it global warming if you want but God has warned us of it. No other religion or book has been able to predict these times. All moral’s in America are falling apart. It is now OK to play violent video games, watch horrific movies of people being killed, raped, etc. America’s founding Fathers would be horrified at what this country has become. They had no idea that their plan for Civil liberty and religious liberty would backfire on them the way it is now. They wanted seperation of Church and State to get away from Persecuting Church/State systems such as the Church of England and the Roman Catholic Church so they can have the freedom to worship God the way God intended which is in his Word the Bible. I for one believe in God and have faith in Jesus. I do not sit idle and think I can do whatever I want or think that Jesus will do everything for me. I admit that I believe that I must humble myself to Him and allow him to work in my life. Man cannot truthfully be happy without Christ. It’s sad to live not knowing our purpose in life and what happens after we die. It’s also very sad to see how God’s Word has been twisted and polluted by mainstream churches. The lie of an eternal burning suffering Hell makes God sound Angry, Evil, and cruel. The lie of us having immortal souls that live on after we die. God claimed that if Adam and Eve eat of the tree of knowledge that they should surely die. Satan lied to Eve and said “You should not surely die” That is the first false doctrine about death created by Satan hisself. Death is a sleep until the second coming of Christ. The wicked will be punished by burning with an uquentchable fire (meaning the fire will not be put out by anything until it is complete) The wicked will become ashes under our feet. So the punishment is annihilation not eternal suffering.
