		<description>I don't think that you (or maybe Short and Fat) understand what the Amendment says. It wouldn't prevent property taxes from increasing, instead, it would allow local governments in TN to pass laws that would prevent property taxes from increasing for people who are over the age of 65 and who also meet certain income-level requirements.</description>
