As regular readers probably already know, I am part owner of a retail clothing store in Cool Springs with my wife and dad. My dad and I are also working on building a statistics tool for bloggers. Both companies are having some success and neither are immune to the difficulties facing most small businesses. There is one thing I do know for sure; each of these businesses have helped me learn and gain new perspective.
Today my feed reader seemed to be full of stories about customer service and it got my wheels turning. The first story was about an unfortunate experience at Dick’s sporting goods. The second was James Robertson talking about how many companies are not yet adept at listening to what their customers are saying about them online. This got me to do a quick search in Net News Wire to see
