It is interesting to note that my comments flowed from Virginia to Australia to Nashville. While I'm retired and money is not the motivation to do anything in particular, although the few dollars I earn from writing does buy the odd trinket here and there, I find that writing is fulfilling and as you stated the more you do the better you get. However, as one journeys into more complex writing which requires research, broad knowledge and more sophisticated reasoning, a writer is handicapped by not having experienced a solid education and my enjoiner that "if you can read, you can write" loses some relevance.

Anyway, I wish you success with yur blog and it is encouraging to note that some of the writing that is cast into the cybersphere is read.

I'm waiting for the Internet publication of two short stories. One has been accepted and I believe will be published at http://inkpotpress.com/ when the site is completed in early April and another is awaiting evaluation for potential publication at http://www.leadingedgemagazine.com

Once again, I appreciate the reference to my article.
