Sabrina and I are about to go to brunch. We have been going to Le Peep recently because the food is good and the price is right. The atmosphere reminds us somewhat of the places we used to frequent when we lived in Washington, DC.
Just for the heck of it I looked in Google for other brunch ideas in and around Nashville. I came up pretty empty handed. Most of the listings for brunch places either didn’t have descriptions or the descriptions we about their dinner offerings. Also, it seemed most of the sites that talked about brunch in Nashville were for tourists.
We like Le Peep. They have good Eggs Benedict. Any others?

I used to really like Le Peep, but recently the service and food have been severely lacking. We went there last weekend and the hollandaise sauce we not good (made from a powder?). The service was very slow and incomplete. We didn’t get the things that we asked for, and it took a long time for anything to get done. They weren’t particularly busy, yet it took us 10 minutes before we had any drinks.
It has been the same thing for the past 3 visits. We won’t be going back. If you know of a good brunch in Nashville please let me know; I am looking for a new favorite.
