Sabrina and I are selling both our house and our lot. We are hoping to replace them with another (bigger) house in East Nashville. We have been working with Beau Kiester from Village Real Estate Services. He has been really good to work with since he knows East Nashville so well. Last night we went and looked at a house the Beau suggested. It was a great fit (though might not be the one for us right now).
Our house will be on the market in 2-3 weeks and I think we are planning to have an Open House on Sunday February 13th. Our lot is on the market as of today. There aren’t many buildable lots left in East Nashville and as far I as know this is the only one that is available for sale.
