I just found out that my favorite take-out place in Nashville has a website. For the sake of helping the world know about a great place to eat, I am posting a link here.
Calypso Cafe has been one of my favorite places to eat for years. When I have lived away from Nashville I tried to perfect the Calypso black bean salad. I now make a mean black bean salad, but I will take Calypso’s over mine any day (and every day).
There is good news too. Calypso is opening two new locations, one in Belle Meade and on in Cool Springs.
