Ran the hilly route with Mark. My achilles was still sore.

Weekly Summary: 7.0 miles
This one obviously didn’t go as planned. I had to rest the achilles and it still doesn’t feel well. I am going to take Monday off and then try to do the track workout on Tuesday. I think everything will be fine, but I may revise my goal for the Country Music Half-Marathon.

On a side note, I did go work a water stop at the Tom King half marathon on Saturday. It was pretty cool to watch Scott Wietecha knock out a 1:04 (new PR and new Course Record). Also saw lots of friends run new PRs and have great races.
