I am testing the use of pre-tags as a way to help make email more efficient.

In the signature of my emails I now have this link:
Jackson+ (email address for VIPs)

The idea is that people who take the time to use this system will have their messages read / processed first. It is a “help me help you” system.

Yes, it is extra work on the sender (though not much). It might be hard to get many people to use it, but the great thing is that once it is setup, there is nothing left to do.
